I'm going to admit that sometimes I can get lazy when it comes to cooking. I'm very impatient, so when I'm hungry - I can't be bothered to wait for something to cook! I'd rather just grab takeout and eat it right away (terrible..I know). Anyway, I found a perfect recipe for a semi-lazy, semi-impatient cook like myself that is both delicious and filling! Cobb salad is essentially a bed of lettuce topped with chicken, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, an avocado and cheese! I make this salad often and I really like it! You could even make it into a wrap!

Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped into small pieces
¼ pound grilled or crispy chicken
1 large avocado, cut into bit sized pieces
4 strips crispy bacon, chopped (optional..I pass on the bacon)
½ cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup blue or sharp cheddar cheese (I love cheddar!)
4 hardboiled eggs
Any dressing will do! I prefer Ranch!
Optional: Crunchy salad noodles. I seriously love the texture these add
to the salad!
Instructions:
Arrange the lettuce on a platter and add all of the other ingredients
one by one.
Add your preferred dressing and toss everything together!
Enjoy!
How simple? This salad is really filling and is perfect for lunch or
dinner!
