Mondays can be dreary, but with the help of my favourite juice recipe you can get a little more pep in your step! I love a mix of berries in the early morning and the banana gives the smoothie a smooth texture!
I don't really have a name for this - so if you have any ideas please leave a comment!

1/2 cup
blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana
1 cup milk (any type will do)
1 handful of spinach
1 tablespoon flax oil
1 teaspoon honey
Blend all
of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Suddenly Monday mornings aren't so bad!

This sounds yummy! I'm doing a 21 day vegan diet to kick off the New Year and I'd make this exact same smoothie and add Almond milk!
