If you're like me and constantly feel like you have way too much to do, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and sometimes very anxious.
It's easy to fall into slumps but I'm a firm believer that the little things in life make all the difference!
Here are 5 small ways to feel better instantly!
1. Add cucumber slices to your water.
It sounds gross but trust me it's really refreshing and will instantly improve your mood.
2. Listen to your favourite song
So simple, but a sure way to feel great!

3. Scroll through Cute Roulette
I love this website! Who doesn't love videos of cute animals doing cute things?
4. Wash or Sanitize your hands.
I instantly feel 1000% better when I wash my hands or use my favourite sanitizer.

5. Burn a candle
Personally, whenever I don't feel my best I love to burn a candle. Something about my favourite scent filling up every space of my apartment just makes me feel great!
