D Here is a little snippet into my life: I have an intolerance to gluten. Gluten is found in things such as wheat, rye, barley and oats. I've been gluten free for about 4 months and while it has been a huge adjustment - I feel a lot better than I did before I made the switch! If you're curious - I'm going to share some of my favourite gluten free foods (some might even surprise you)!
Chex - Honey Nut Flavour
I love Chex! This cereal is so delicious (especially the honey nut flavour)! You definitely won't notice that this cereal is gluten free!
Rice Works - Salsa Fresca Flavour
These are a great snack! They are made with brown rice (which is gluten free) but the salsa flavour has just enough spice and kick to take your mind away from that! True story: I carry I bag of these in my tote during the school year.
Glutino - Chocolate Covered Pretzels
These are fantastic! Great for when you have a sweet tooth!
Glutino - New York Style Bagels
These are a great alternative to heavy wheat bagels. They are little bit on the pricier side - but are definitely worth it.
Going gluten free is definitely a huge adjustment - but with a little research you can find a lot of great foods and resources!
